Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
There are many petroleum derivatives which are used in the production of sanitizer based products. All these derivatives have their own importance in the production of qualitative sanitizers. The percentage of these derivatives plays a significant role to get the final product as the best quality product. The main constituent such as ethanol and methanol are frequently used in the making of alcohol-based sanitizers and disinfectants. The denaturation of proteins is one of the mode of action of the alcohols for destroying micro-organisms in the germs cleaning process. In this work, the theoretical as well as mathematical study has been performed on the petroleum derived products, which are used as an ingredient in the sanitizer industries. In continuation, the industrial method for producing (Peracetic Acid) from one of the petroleum products such as acetic acid has been studied over here. The theoretical and mathematical aspects about the effect of concentration of alcohols, peracetic acid etc. on various micro-organisms has also been discussed in this study. Further, a mathematical model has been developed as one of the basic tool to show the effect of temperature on peracetic acid along with the effect of concentration on the decomposition rate of peracetic acid. This study would be helpful to understand the importance and mathematical effects of change in the physical properties like temperature and concentration on the shelf life of sanitizer based products driven from petroleum derivatives.
