Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
A sandwich type electrochemical immunosensor was successfully applied to simultaneous and high-sensitivity detection of two tumor markers. The signal-amplified platform for sensors was assisted by a novel functional polymer brush (poly(acrylonitrile- g -glycidyl methacrylate)) loaded with Au Nanoparticles (AuNPs). In the single detection of prostate specific antigen (PSA) and a-fetoprotein (AFP), the detection limits were about 0.1 pg/mL and 0.3 pg/mL, respectively. In particular, the limit of simultaneous detection was about 2.2 pg/mL for PSA and 1.8 pg/mL for AFP, respectively. Meanwhile, the electrochemical immunosensor exhibited good logarithmically linear relationships in a wide range from 10 pg/mL to 100 ng/mL for both PSA and AFP. In addition, the prepared electrochemical immunosensor was highly sensitive and selective. The results in clinical serum analysis indicated its potential application in clinical monitoring of PSA and AFP detection.
