Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Review Description
One of the most venerable areas in synthetic organic chemistry is the synthesis of heterocyclic molecules. Chromene, a naturally occurring compound, occupies a significant position in the arena of heterocyclic chemistry, serving as a preferred framework for the synthesis of a variety of chemical scaffolds intended for therapeutic and diagnostic applications. Furthermore, the utilization of magnetic nanocatalysts and is an exponentially expanding domain in the pursuit of sustainable and environmentally friendly methodologies. Therefore, considering the importance of chromene derivatives in the realm of heterocyclic chemistry and magnetic nanoparticles as green and sustainable methods in green synthetic chemistry, we hereby demonstrate the most recent developments pertaining to the fabrication of chromene and its multifarious derivatives. This comprehensive review mainly encompasses the advancements in synthetic methodologies from 2018 to 2022 employing various magnetic nanocatalysts under environmentally friendly conditions including (1) water as solvent, (2) ethanol as solvent, (3) water:ethanol as solvent, (4) solvent-free approach.
