Article Description
A yes/no answer for DNA isothermal amplification can be visually obtained with this phosphate ion-based method described in this communication. An extremely rapid detection for cross-priming isothermal amplification was proved and the feasibility of this strategy was systematically studied. © Partner Organisations 2014.
