Article Description

Time-resolved nonlinear luminescence spectroscopy, based on an excitation correlation technique was used to investigate excitonic optical properties of GaN. The superposition of three components results in nonlinear luminescence observed at a donor-bound-exciton. The stimulation of biexciton luminescence results in the superlinear signal. The contributions of bound excitons and biexcitons at the same excitation level was also observed by the time-resolved nonlinear spectroscopy.
