Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
An aerobic actinomycete, designated SCSIO 01299 , was isolated from a deep-sea sediment collected from the northern South China Sea at a depth of 3258 m. The isolate was found to be a natural producer of the synthesized antitumour agent deoxynyboquinone and its three new derivatives, pseudonocardians A, B and C. A BLAS search based on almost-complete 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that strain SCSIO 01299T had high sequence similarities with members of the genus Pseudonocardia. The 16S rRNA gene sequence phylogenetic tree revealed that strain SCSIO 01299 was a member of the genus Pseudonocardia. Phenotypic analysis, chemotaxonomy and DNA-DNA relatedness could readily distinguish the isolate from established members in this genus. It was concluded that strain SCSIO 01299 represents a novel species, for which the name Pseudonocardia antitumoralis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is SCSIO 01299 (=DSM 45322 =CCTCC M 2011255 ). © 2013 IUMS.
