Article Description

We present a possible supersymmetric solution to the discrepancy between the observed mixing [Formula presented] asymmetries in [Formula presented] and [Formula presented]. We show that, due to the different parity in the final states of these processes, their supersymmetric contributions from the [Formula presented] sector have opposite signs, which naturally leads to [Formula presented]. We also consider the proposed mechanisms to solve the puzzle of the observed large branching ratio of [Formula presented] and their impact on [Formula presented]. © 2003 The American Physical Society.
