Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Conference Paper Description
Solar irradiation is clean, readily available, abundant and is famous as a renewable energy source. Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system power plant with the hybrid system is introduced as a potential solution to fulfil electricity demand for off-grid areas, such as Jifak Village, Asmat Regency, Papua. In 2018, the electricity network coverage area was only 57.03% in Papua Province, Indonesia. On the other side, this region consistently receives high solar radiation intensity for an average 4.68 kWh/m2 per year. The research objective was designing suitable hybrid Photovoltaic (PV) system module, which will be utilized further in Jifak Village, Asmat Regency. This developed hybrid PV System model was featuring PV module, a boost converter, Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) method with applied Incremental Conductance Algorithm for tracking maximum power point, storage battery model, a single-phase inverter model, generator set (Genset) and communal load model. Hybrid PV system model was developed using MATLAB/SIMULINK program, and HOMER Pro program was used for a feasibility study on the economic value of this system. MATLAB/SIMULINK program chosen due to its customization capability for hourly data input. Meanwhile, HOMER Pro program was only accommodating average monthly data input. MATLAB/SIMULINK customization ability was the driving system for incorporating more comprehensive PV performance. In this research, the proposed model showed that maximum power point was always located at the expected position, readily tracked, and maintained by increasing and decreasing irradiation profile variable. The research also showed that energy output, equal to at least 40 kWh was able to supply electricity as the communal load for 100 households in Jifak Village, Asmat Regency, Papua province.
