Article Description

Abstract: The integral current responsivity and detectivity of laboratory samples of IR photodetectors based on HgTe colloidal quantum dots were measured as functions of the thickness of the photosensitive layer. The layers were obtained by sequential deposition of quantum dot monolayers by dip-coating replacing of the original long-chain molecules of ligand shell of quantum dots with 1,2-ethanedithiol molecules.
