Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
For different classes of molecules, we have estimated from experimental data the lower limit of the height of S levels for which the rule q + q = 1 (q is the fluorescence quantum yield, q is the quantum yield of formation of the triplet state) begins to be violated; i.e., direct nonradiative transition from the S-state to the ground state appears, the quantum yield of which exceeds measurement errors. We have found that, for compounds of different classes, this limit varies from 15000 to 21000 cm. It has been shown that the difference in the limit may be explained in terms of the inductive resonance theory of nonradiative transitions, which takes into account the localization of the electronic transition, its rate constant, and the overlap of the vibronic spectrum of the molecule with the vibrational spectrum of high-frequency vibrations taking into account the variation in the rate constant of the intersystem crossing transition to the triplet state.
