Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
Combining the constructal theory with the entropy generation minimization theory, the heat conduction constructal optimization of the leaf-shaped quadrilateral heat generation body (HGB) established in the existing literature is obtained. The constructal optimization of the leaf-shaped quadrilateral HGB with the entropy generation rate (EGR) as optimization objective is studied. The influence of the number (n) of branches of the central high thermal conductivity channel (HTCC) and the angle (θ) between the branch HTCCs and the central HTCC on the optimal construct of the leaf-shaped quadrilateral HGB is studied. The difference between the optimal constructs of the leaf-shaped quadrilateral HGB with the EGR and the maximum temperature difference (MTD) as the optimization objectives are compared. The results show that the optimal aspect ratio and EGR of the leaf-shaped quadrilateral HGB decrease slightly with the increase in the number (n) of branches of the central HTCC (n≥ 20 ). Therefore, increasing the complexity of the HTCCs in the HGB can reduce the EGR of the HGB. When the porosity of HTCCs of leaf-shaped quadrilateral HGB is equal to 0.15 and the number (n) of branches of the central HTCC is 30, the dimensionless minimum EGR with minimum EGR is 5.204, while the dimensionless minimum EGR with minimum MTD is 5.521, and the optimal aspect ratio with minimum EGR is 1.172, while the optimal aspect ratio with minimum MTD is 0.828, and their optimal constructs are both branch HTCCs perpendicular to the central HTCC.
