Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
The migration path and charge conversion of cations in Co-substituted spinel ferrite thin films during magnetic annealing are investigated. To this end, changes in the coercivity and lattice parameter were measured as a function of magnetic annealing time. Changes in Mössbauer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic (XPS) spectra were also measured. For Co-substituted ferrite thin films, peaks were observed in the plots of the coercivity and lattice parameter vs annealing time, while those for Co-free ferrite thin films were nearly constant during magnetic annealing. From subsequent Mössbauer and XPS experiments, it was confirmed that the peaks in the coercivity and lattice parameter vs annealing time curves for Co-substituted ferrite thin films originate from the migration of Co ions on octahedral sites (B sites) to tetrahedral sites (A sites) and Fe ions on the A sites to the B sites. It is also suggested that the charge valencies of Co ions on the B sites change from +2 to +3 when they reach the A sites, and return to +2 when they arrive at the B sites. © 1994 IOP Publishing Ltd.
