¿En pacientes adultos que acuden a un servicio de urgencias con un cólico biliar, el tratamiento con antiinflamatorios no esteroideos (AINE) comparado con otros grupos de fármacos analgésicos, es más efectivo y seguro? El objetivo de este estudio es responder esta pregunta clínica mediante una revisión sistemática y un metaanálisis de ensayos clínicos aleatorizados (ECA).
