Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
INTRODUCTION. The objective of this work is to analyze the Personal Learning Environment (PLE) of teachers, as a space linked to web 2.0 and that allows creating, organizing, and sharing content, as well as participating in the generation of collective knowledge, and linking it with the need for the development of Digital Teaching Competence. To this end, a questionnaire has been prepared that integrates the 3 dimensions that make up the PLE. The 1st dimension: accessibility to information, the 2nd dimension: development and reflection and the 3rd dimension: sharing and collaboration, linking this last dimension with the Personal Learning Network (PLN). METHOD. The research has been developed taking as a sample the data of 379 teachers from different countries and who work in different educational stages. This is a cross-sectional study with an exploratory scope, using a descriptive and correlation-al quantitative methodology. RESULTS. The results show that, in general, teachers commonly use technologies to access sources of information, as well as use ICT to develop analysis and reflection processes about their teaching work and the learning process of students. However, the results of the study do not show encouraging data regarding the development of a Personal Learning Network that allows them to share and collaborate in a network. DISCUSSION. The research concludes with the need for a paradigm shift where digital teaching competence allows the professional teachers development in the creation of collaboration and creation scenarios on the network.
