Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Investigadores descubren una misteriosa nueva especie de escarabajo en Guatemala
Junto con un equipo brasileño-alemán, el investigador de Senckenberg Vinicius S. Ferreira ha descrito una nueva especie del género Adendrocera, un grupo de insectos raros
Article Description
The Penicillophorinae (Phengodidae) are a rather morphologically modified and enigmatic group of railroad-worm beetles. Specimens are rarely collected, and nearly all species are only known from their holotypes. A recent trip by AKH to Guatemala resulted in the collection of a specimen of AdendroceraWittmer, 1976, the second ever known to be collected for this genus. Further studies of that individual indicated that it was a new species. In this paper, we describe Adendrocera carmelita Roza, Hansen, and Ferreira, new species and redescribe Adendrocera flavulaWittmer, 1976, the type species of the genus. We note that Adendrocera is of feminine gender and correct the inflection of the adjective constituting the type species epithet flavulum (neuter) to flavula (feminine). We also discuss the hypothesis that the convergent morphology within this subfamily might be a result of miniaturization and paedomorphic processes.
