Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
The importance of the informaton professional in the communicaton management department of organizatons is discussed. The need to integrate an informaton specialist within the communicaton team is essental; either hired from outside the organizaton or trained from within. Communicaton management is no longer limited to a press department handling press releases, but is instead a comprehensive communicaton management effort dealing with internal and external relatons; and policies about intangible assets like reputaton, image, and value creaton through brand. In this artcle we review the tasks that are demanded by companies of their communicaton departments and compare them with the skills of informaton professionals. This job requires a cross-fertlizaton effort and a task map is used to illustrate how informaton professionals can perform in the communicaton area.
