Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
Harmful melanoma is one of the most hazardous types of cutaneous malignancies. Bright (UV) radiation exposure is an inclining factor for cutaneous melanoma, despite the fact that in different structures, for example, mucous and anorectal harmful melanomas, bright radiation doesn't assume a noteworthy job. This was a questionnaire-based observational cross-sectional type of study of 100 dental students from a private Dental College. A self-administered questionnaire was given to the students to collect data about management of malignant melanoma. In this study 100 dental students were given the questionnaire, the data was then analysed and the results were presented in a pie chart. Of the total 100 participants, 61.9% participants were male, and 38.1% participants were female . Most of the participants, almost 64.6% are aware of malignant melanoma . Malignant melanoma refers to skin cancer, over 60% of the participants are familiar with this term while the remaining aren’t familiar with melanoma. The society should be made aware about the deleterious effects of malignant melanoma and its impact on human health.
