Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
Ni–Co–P alloy coatings were successfully fabricated by jet electrodeposition with varying pulse frequencies and duty cycles in order to prolong the longevity of steel C1045 substrates. The results showed that the microstructures and properties of samples were significantly affected by pulse frequencies and duty cycles. All the samples with varying pulse frequencies and duty cycles exhibited a face-centered cubic (FCC) structure. Additionally, the average grain size of the samples reached 20.6 nm. The microhardness of the coatings was observed to first increase, and then decrease, with a rise in pulse frequencies and duty cycles. The microhardness reached 656.2 HV, and the wear scar width of the coatings reached 414.4 µm at 4 kHz pulse frequency and 80% duty cycle. Additionally, the corrosion current densities (I) of samples reached a minimum value of 0.74 µA·cm, the corrosion rates (R) reached a minimum value of 8.9 µm·year, and the charge transfer resistance (R) reached a maximum value of 8.36 × 10 Ω·cm, which indicated the optimal seawater corrosion resistance of the deposited coatings.
