Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
Occupational stress (EL) is a frequent phenomenon in today’s society that affects the physical and mental health of employees, as well as the organizational climate, of which it must be part of the public health agenda. The objective of the study: to identify the relationship between stress and work performance (WP) of administrative collaborators (CA) in Puno, Peru. A prospective, observational, descriptive and analytical quantitative paradigm was used, where a validated survey was applied to a representative sample of administrative collaborators. The results show that EL is an important problem for those who work as CA, since all the respondents experienced stress at work; likewise, 83% reported feeling emotionally exhausted and fatigued at the end of the working day; another 65% of workers acquired physical illnesses such as gastritis, headaches, migraines or back pain; in addition, 66% experienced anxiety, agony or anger. In conclusion, it should be pointed out that work performance is affected as stress levels increase, since this suggests that stress has negative effects on the health of CA, either at work or in the effectiveness with which they perform their functions.
