Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
In this paper, using the optical emission spectroscopy technique, a comparative study is performed on the argon excitation and nitrogen vibrational temperatures in the plasma discharge medium of a manufactured RF plasma jet. The argon contribution in the Ar/N2 mixture is varied from 70% to 98% and the obtained optical emission spectra from argon and molecular nitrogen are analyzed. The highest emission intensities of neutral argon (Ar I) are recorded in the wavelength range of 790-850 nm. It is seen that, at the higher argon percentages in the mixture, the emission intensity from all the formed species in the plasma discharge medium of the RF plasma jet will increase. In addition, at the lower Ar contributions in the mixture, both the argon excitation and nitrogen vibrational temperatures are higher. Furthermore, it is shown that, at the higher Ar percentages in the mixture, both of the electronic temperatures are decreased. .
