Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Artifact Description
To promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, it is necessary to strengthen the collaborative innovation of technology between cities. This research starts from the perspective of knowledge proximity, and according to the attributes of knowledge, firstly, explores the difference in the impact of similar public and professional knowledge bases on technological collaborative innovation between cities. Because the influence of each neighboring dimension is not isolated, it further explores the impact of geographic and economic proximity on public, and the similar moderating effect of professional knowledge base. The results show that the similarity of public and professional knowledge bases has negative and inverted U-shaped effects on technological collaborative innovation between cities, respectively. The similarity of public knowledge bases is only affected by the adjustment of economic proximity, and the similarity of professional knowledge bases is adjusted by both geographical and economic proximity. It is further discovered that the similarity of professional knowledge bases has the effect of promoting and then inhibiting technological collaborative innovation between cities. The similarity of public knowledge bases has always played a restraining effect. Under the adjustment of geographical and economic proximity, the effect of similarity of professional knowledge bases has been strengthened, and the influence of similarity is weakened. The research conclusions have policy guiding significance for the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation community and the urban agglomeration technology collaborative innovation network.
