Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Project Description
STUDY ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine best methods in teaching utilization of lab information systems necessary for trainees utilizing the systems as a required part of on-call service to the Clinical Chemistry fellowship. Specifically, the study looked at effectiveness of trainee navigational learning through the module training information. The determination will continue with the newly added senior fellow training utilization of the lab information systems and consider the necessity of moving forward with the learning modules. Surveys and a Likert Scale with additional paragraph explanations were given to two individuals within the test group to determine the usefulness and possible changes. Results shared the query module was preferred for its usefulness and the additional two modules are necessary, though suggested to condense the information to two pages through combining information from several pages. Both trainees within the test group requested the module information be offered at the beginning of the academic year to support use within these systems even prior to on-call duties.
