Artifact Description
The following project was a study of the potential implementation of a Human Resource Business Partner position being added to the Cheshire Medical Center Human Resource team. The reason for this study was to evaluate the need a Human Resource Business Partner as well a way to shift the workload that the department currently supports. The methods used for this project was a series of deliverables that included an analyzation of the job description, leadership training with handouts, and a PowerPoint presentation to be presented to the Human Resource Team and hospital leadership. The project concluded that the use of a Human Resource Business Partner would be a great addition to the Cheshire Medical Human Resource Team and would better utilize fulltime staff more effectively to provide more support for front line managers.A video recording of this presentation is available here.
